Psychics Called In To Help Find Missing Skier
Aspen, CO.- Psychics have been consulted to aide in the search for a missing skier. The skier’s family, along with ski patrol and volunteers, have been searching for him along the Aspen Highlands ski resort with no luck so far and decided it was time for somebody with otherworldly abilities to help.
The search for 55-year-old Jeff Walker, an Aspen resident, had been going on for three days in a row to no avail before they decided to call the psychics.
The Aspen Times reports that the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office and the Mountain Rescue Aspen crew stopped searching for Walker on Monday night but luckily the Aspen Highlands ski patrol has offered to keep the search going for him.
“We’ve got some strong feelings that he’s still alive,” said Walker’s girlfriend, Liz Sathe.
Sathe said that after the thorough search efforts yielded no signs of him, Walker’s family spoke to three different psychics about helping them.
She states that the psychics were able to give the search crew information about what type of terrain Walker may be located in and that information was passed onto the Aspen Skiing Co. The terrain that they described matches the last ski lift that Walker checked in at.
Jeff Hanie, spokesman for the Ski Company, states that the patrol is taking every lead into consideration.
Even the “out of bounds” areas located on the Maroon Bowl side of the ski resort were searched by the volunteer teams on Wednesday with no luck.
Even though Walker was not reported missing until Saturday evening, his last known location was at the base chairlift on the previous Thursday. This was discovered because of the scanning of his ski pass.
So far, the search consists of eight teams of search dogs, dozens of volunteers, law enforcement authorities, and a helicopter.
