She also broke it down for me by astrology sign and I wanted to share this information with my readers. Below are the best ways for each Zodiac sign to manage stress.
Aries (March 21- April 19) Get Moving Physically
Aries are overflowing with energy, which makes sense considering they’re a fire sign. For this reason, the most effective way for them to get rid of stress is to do some sort of competitive sport.
This can be anything from running a 5k race, playing tennis, shooting some hoops, rollerblading, to rock climbing. Basically, anything that allows Aries to tap into their strength and energy to blow off steam will leave them revived and reinvigorated.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) Get Comfy And Cozy
Taurus love to indulge in worldly comforts and the finer things in life. To release some stress, they can enjoying some wine and chocolates with friends, or curl up on the couch with the fireplace blazing next to them.
They’re better able to gain perspective when they can relax and unwind instead of moving about physically.
This rest and relaxation allows Taurus to sit back and think more calmly and effectively about things.
Treating themselves to a message is also a great way for them to destress because they respond well to touch.
Gemini (May 21- June 20) Spend Time With Friends

Virgo (August 23- September 22) Work On A Project

Libra (September 23- October 22) Have A Spa Day With Friends
Libras are socially inclined and their stress levels decline when they are out and about with their friends. Spending quality time with those they care about the most is good for their body and soul.
Getting beauty treatments or having a spa day with friends would be a great stress reliever for them. Even just catching a movie or checking out all of the beauty a museum has to offer can rebalance them. Anything that gets them around other people and calms them down is good for their mind.
Scorpio (October 23- November 21) Find Inspiration Within
It’s no secret that out of all the signs, Scorpio is the most intense. They carry so much passion in them and, if not managed, this passion can turn into a destructive anger when they’re feeling stressed.
Unfortunately, this intense and fiery energy that allows them to love so passionately is the same one that lets them get angry with such an ardent force.

If there’s one sign that actually enjoys working, it’s Capricorn. Their instincts drive them to work even harder when they’re stressed out.
The hard work they put in not only allows them to release pent-up anger, energy, and anxiety, but also lets them reap the benefits of a job well done.
However, if work is the cause of stress for Capricorn, they can de-stress and rebalance their body and mind by getting out in nature.
Things such as canoeing, rock climbing and cycling are great ways for Capricorns to release stress while putting in some work.
Aquarius (January 20- February 18) Take Some Valuable Alone Time
Out of all the Zodiac signs, Aquarius has the hardest time trying to calm down when stressed. They are such big thinkers and because of that, they have a hard time getting out of their own head.
