Psychic Mediums On A Mission To Teach Others How To Tap Into Their Own Psychic Abilities
Niagara Falls, NY. – Even though it doesn’t feel this way sometimes, a lot of people refer to the ability to communicate with spirits of the deceased as a “gift” for the most part.
Psychic medium Kristie London from Niagara Falls received her first psychic communication at a restaurant one day. She began receiving messages from the deceased grandparents of her waitress, messages that began as cheery banter but then quickly turned into something more serious. Before London even knew what was happening, she found herself relaying these messages from the waitresses’ dead grandparents to the waitress. Messages informing the waitress that she needed to get out of her relationship with an abusive man. After London passed on the messages of the concerned grandparents, the waitresses face was overflowing with grateful tears and she sat down with London and her family to hear more.
At the time that this first happened, London’s husbands’ jaw just dropped. Even now after being aware of his wife’s gift, her 27-year-old Air National Guard veteran husband is still amazed by her unique abilities.
It is London’s belief that the skills and abilities she has are something that can be taught to anyone willing to learn. Along with her good friend and fellow psychic medium Amanda Newbury, she is opening a mediumship and healing center in Wheatfield. They will offer readings, classes, reiki healings, and monthly gallery shows.
Newbury grew up on the same street as London and has been friends with London since they were both young girls. A psychic once told her that she and her son, 19-year-old Cody MacGregor, both had the psychic gift and she has been developing her psychic skills ever since.
At first, her son Kamron, 11, was extremely skeptical of his mom and brother taking classes and getting their abilities certified but he quickly saw for himself that psychic skills do truly exist in this world. It happened when his mother informed him that his deceased uncle was in the room with them. Kamron wanted to test his mother so he asked his uncle a number of questions but didn’t ask them out loud, only in his head. He was shocked when his mother answered all of the questions correctly, even one that Kamron was going to ask him but then changed his mind and asked a different one.
“He hasn’t been skeptical since,” says Newbury. She also states that Kamron is now starting to show signs of having the same intuitive skills and her and his brother.
London says that her 16-year-old son Billy, 15-year-old daughter Abby, and 7-year-old daughter Brianna all show signs of having inherited her gift. Billy even joined in on one of her group gallery readings to add information for a woman his mom was giving a reading to recently.
Their office will offer classes and group sessions designed to help individuals develop and explore their skills because they believe that others have the gift as well, but they just don’t know it. Both the woman each experienced unexplainable experiences when they were children and that prompted them to begin a full on exploration of their mediumship and psychic abilities as adults.
“I think there’s many more people out there who have these abilities,” Newbury says. “We want people to know there’s not anything wrong with you. It’s not dangerous. It’s a blessing and we can teach you how to tap into it.”
A reiki practioner also from Niagara Falls named Stephanie Hunt will join them on their endeavor. Hunt states that as far back as she can remember, she has always felt a healing energy emanate from her hands and has recently began using her reiki skills on herself to heal her own body. “My joints are deteriorating,” says Hunt. “Reiki has reduced my pain from a ten to a six or seven.”
The three of them will be holding a “meet and greet” at the grand opening of their office, which is located at 2808 Niagara Falls Blvd, on February the 25th from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. They will provide their guests with reiki demonstrations, free gallery readings, free card readings, door prizes, and refreshments.
