I grew up near New Orleans and went to college there….Gail is more than right on…EVERYTHING she told me today happened before the end of the day! She does have a vast knowledge of mind body spirit info that she naturally feels a need to share and being an educator I understand this-so sometimes you may have to interrupt her to bring her back to the question but she can go right back and tell you the answer at hand.
