That will give you a huge sense of accomplishment and pride. Knowing you resisted the urge to return to destructive habits or ways of thinking is incredible. Words can’t describe how it feels to accomplish something you set your mind to. Passing these tests feels fantastic and leaves you with enormous pride. These tests are personal breakthroughs that help get you where you need to be.

They act as a reward to your soul for coming so far and defeating your monsters.
